Booking Terms & Conditions

General Booking Conditions

  • Check in time is 1330 hours and check out time is 1100 hours. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Mandatory 3-night stay over New Year's Eve. Check-out is not permissible on 31st December. Mandatory New Year's Eve supplement is Rs. 3,000/- per person.
  • Spa & Pool operations are subject to directives from local authorities
  • Please note that we are remotely located. In case of phone lines / internet services breakdowns, credit card facility may not be available. 100% advance is requested prior to arrival and suggest keeping cash for settling payment for extras, if any.
  • Do update your company GST number in advance if you need the same to be mentioned on the invoice to avail tax benefit.

Child / Extra Person Policy

  • 1 child below 5 years is complimentary. Others will be charged at 25% of the double room cost.
  • Children between 5-12 years sharing the room are charged @ 25% of the double room cost.
  • Children above 12 years / adults sharing the room are charged @ 40% of the double room cost.

Safari Regulations

  • Safari booking opens 120 days in advance and confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Full safari payment & ID copies are required to book the safaris. Ensure to carry the same photo ID cards in original as same will be checked at the park gate.
  • National parks are closed every Wednesday for afternoon safari & for full day on Diwali & Holi.
  • Seating arrangement in the safari gypsy is as per names mentioned on the ticket & are non-transferable. Change in safari booking is considered as safari cancellation if permit is issued. Full permit fee apply in case of date change.
  • Safari once issued is non-transferable. Add-on facility is available on additional cost subject to seat availability in jeep (option not available on safaris issued in first 07 days from start of booking date and also in last 30 days).
  • Exclusive jeep safari may not include in-house naturalist and are subject to availability. If a naturalist is required on definite basis, it has to be pre-booked at a supplement of Rs.1500/- per safari.
  • We do not guarantee safaris in specific zones; same will be booked as per availability at the time of booking.
  • Safaris may also be cancelled due to sudden rainfall or any other natural calamities in which case refund of safaris will be as per park regulations.
